A playful setting of Scott Bates' ode to what's really important (love, of course), in a feast of rhythmically engaging vocal writing. A sense of forward propulsion infuses this lively dance, helped along by major triads which slide into distantly related keys with wild abandon, and a colorful, syncopated accompaniment.
